HNO Suspends Hockey Activities

2021-02-25

Hockey Northwestern Ontario has suspended hockey activities until mid-April

Hello hockey families,

During the HNO Central Zone virtual meeting held on Wednesday February 24, the central zone delegates voted unanimously to suspend hockey activities, based on the recommendation of the HNO Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Barbara Zelek. As a result, all HNO-sanctioned events in the central zone will be cancelled until April 14th, 2021.

KC Minor Hockey would like to thank all our players, families, and volunteers for their continued support and understanding during these difficult times. We know that hockey is an important part of our lives, and we look forward to providing a safe return to play next season.

In the next few days, you will hear from the convenors and managers regarding refunds, and the return of jerseys, etc. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to any members of the KC Minor Hockey Executive.

Thank you again for your patience in what has been a roller-coaster of a year...we look forward to seeing you next season, and getting the kids back on the ice!
