Hello hockey families!!  We have news that you've all been waiting for -- registration for U7 to U13 is NOW OPEN!  ALL registration for the 2022/23 season will be done online.

2022/2023 Registration Fees:

• U7 (Born 2016-2017-2018) = $350.00
• U9 (Born 2014-2015) = $500.00  **additional team fees may be applicable**
• U11A (Born 2012-2013) = $500.00  **additional team fees will be applicable**
• U11AA (Born In 2012-2013) = $550.00 (includes $50 tryout fee)  **additional team fees will be applicable**
• U13 A (Born in 2010-2011) = $500.00  **additional team fees will be applicable**
• U13AA (Born in 2010-2011) = $550.00 (includes $50 tryout fee)  **additional team fees will be applicable**

Once online registration is complete, fees can be paid by e-transfer to kcmharegistrar@gmail.com -- please include your child's name and division with the e-transfer.

After each team is drafted, individual teams will collect additional funds for the year to cover additional team related expenses, such as practice ice, tournaments, team clothing, team functions, etc.  Amount may vary by team.


U11A and U13A:

Players who register for U11A and U13A, as well as those who are not drafted to AA teams, will take part in a U11A or U13A draft.  Coaching staffs from KC, Elks, Neebing, Norwest and Westfort will be drafting teams together to try to make teams of equal skill, with full rosters.  Players must be prepared to be drafted to any of the five southside Associations. Emphasis for the southside draft is to create fair and even teams while ensuring roster sizes are full.   This practice helps to keep the additional team fees down, as well as creating a competitive division of play.  Players will be utilizing all rinks in the Thunder Bay area for practices and games no matter where they are drafted.
 

U7 and U9 -- NEW FOR 2022/23:

New for 2022-23 for the U7 and U9 age groups will be a cooperative effort between the South side associations, to maximize efficiency in both ice and people resources. More details to come soon as we work to establish how these programs will operate.


Important Information: 

If you would like transfer your hockey player to KC Minor Hockey from another Association, please email kcmharegistrar@gmail.com with your request -- include your child's full name and date of birth to expedite the transfer process.
